Flat Rate Shipping

At By Justine, we strive to provide our customers with quality products. All of our products are handmade. As such, we endeavor to make products to order. To ensure quality, we utilize a 1-3 business day lead time on all orders. Lead time is the number of days from the date you place your order, until your order is sent out for shipping.   Once your product is prepared, the expected shipping time is 2-3 business days. In most situations your product will be shipped within 24-48 hours of ordering, however, due to changes in production and supply and demand we do reserve a 1-3 business days lead time before shipping to ensure your are receiving quality products. What this means is that depending on whether your product is in stock or not, you will received your product within 3-6 total business days after ordering (this includes lead time and shipping time).

We offer flat rate shipping in the United States.

Customer Will Pick Up: 

As a local business, we cater to many people in each of the areas in which we produce products. As a service to our community, we offer weekly pick up stations/ times for those who would prefer to pick up their products in person.

If you choose “Customer Will Pick Up” as a shipping option, you MUST provide your email address so that we can contact you with pick up details (date/time/location).

This option is ONLY available for customers in Bronx, Harlem/Manhattan, and Brooklyn, New York; and, Pitt, Lenoir, & Greene County, North Carolina.

If you choose this option, you are doing so with the understanding that you are agreeing to pick up your items in person, at a location determined by By Justine, within 1-4 business days of placing your order. You are responsible for adhering to the pick up instructions to safely and conveniently receive your products and to ensure freshness of products.

Return Policy 

At By Justine, we strive to provide our customers with a quality product. As a small and local business, we package each handmade product to order, to guarantee freshness. As such, we do not accept returns. If your product is defective, or you are not satisfied with your product, please reach out to us on our contact form. We will do our best to remedy the issue, on a case by case basis.
